BITE FORCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

MODEL: ENTFM1
The Bite Force Measurement System is designed to directly measure the bite force of small animals and arthropods using a miniature, high-sensitivity force sensor.
Developed specifically for biomechanical and biological research, the system features small, interchangeable sensing components that can be adapted to a variety of mouthpart sizes and configurations, including specimens with mouthparts smaller than 2 mm.
Its compact design enables researchers to obtain quantitative and repeatable bite-force measurements while minimizing interference with the animal's natural biting behavior.
The system is well suited for studies involving feeding mechanics, predator-prey interactions, functional morphology, biomechanics, and comparative ecology.
Ideal for research involving spiders, scorpions, insects, small reptiles, snakes, and other small organisms.
